Eclectable is a registered business with an ABN of 69 003 297 298, Eclectable is run as an eCommerce store with secure checkout using PayPal.

The following information basically covers the terms of use, which includes shipping and returns procedures.

All prices quoted on the eclectable.com.au are in $AUD (Australian Dollars) and are inclusive of G.S.T (Goods and Services Tax)

All orders using Credit Card and or PayPal will be processed straight away, if other methods are used like Direct Deposit there will be a small delay in getting the order processed as payment needs to clear. This normally takes 3 – 5 business days.  You will be presented with these details upon choosing Direct Deposit payment method and submitting the order. Please use order number as a reference.

Pre-Orders will need to be paid 50% of the cost of the item upfront. An invoice will be issued with receipt of these funds, the remaining balance will need to be paid before goods are dispatched.

If a pre-ordered item is delayed due to supplier or manufacturer, is it out of Eclectable’s control, Eclectable will keep you informed on the status and advise if there is such a delay.

If for some reason the manufacturer / supplier of the pre-ordered item cannot supply Eclectable this will be deemed as a “cancelled, due to non-supply” any monies committed will be refunded in full. Refund mechanism of monies will be determined mutually between Eclectable and the customer.

Eclectable utilize the service of Australia Post for most shipping. We are governed by Australia Post as to when your item arrives. tracking is included. I may at times use a Courier Service where you will be advised accordingly if this is case to ensure if someone is present to receive or for any other alternative delivery instructions.

Eclectable offer FREE Shipping for orders over $150 and Australia Post and or Courier Service may be used and if orders are under $150 postage is charged in accordance to the products selected.

The item is packed carefully with soft absorbing bubble wrap around the item. It the item is factory sealed it will remain this way and packing will be applied around it. Please advise if you would like us to remove the seal in order to take a closer look inside.

If the situation arises whereby an item received is dead on arrival you must contact either via email howdy at eclectable dot com dot au or phone 0408 055 769 within 7 days for a return. Eclectable will cover the cost to return the items by means of picking up, or having the item sent back. By no means a change of mind is suffice for returning the order.  You can then have the order refunded, replaced for exact or like item if unavailable or online credit used for another purchase if the item is deemed dead on arrival.
